FAQs

Here you will find the answers to your most frequent questions.

  • Where is the departure point?

We offer two separate departure points for our Lazy Day Cruise.

Our starting point in Vlicha Beach at 9:15 (5' drive from Lindos), and Kalathos Beach in front of the Atrium Palace Hotel sunbeds at 09:30.

We generally advise to arrive at either meeting point 5-10 minutes earlier.

  • Do you offer transfer services?

We can pick you up from your hotel before the trip as well as drop you off after it's done from surrounding villages, at an additional cost.

Please send us a message at least one day in advance to arrange that.

  • What is the difference between the daily Lazy Day Tour, and the Private Tour?

    • The daily Lazy Day Tour is a shared experience with up to 24 guests. It lasts approximately 6 hours and follows a fixed schedule, allowing us to visit all planned stops. The tour also includes a 1.5-hour lunch break in the village of Haraki.

    • Our Private full Day Tour offers the same trip to a smaller, pre-existing group of people, with a more flexible itinerary.

    • The Private Afternoon Tours are available again for pre-existing groups and can last between 2 and 4 hours. These tours offer a more flexible itinerary depending on the duration. The 2-hour & 3-hour private tours focus on the Lindos area, while the 4-hour private tour visits the same locations as the Lazy Day Tour, passing by Haraki village on the return journey without stopping there.
  • Is there lunch included during the day tour?

While lunch is not included in the price, there is a 90 minute stop in the seaside village of Haraki.

You are free to visit any taverna/restaurant/snack bars or mini markets they wish, however you are also more than welcome to bring you own snacks on board, as well.

  • What should one bring along on the cruise?

    We offer free use of:

    • Snorkeling equipment
    • Pool Noodles/Life Vests
    • Motion Sickness Tablets
    • Toilet

    We would recommend bringing:

    • Phone/camera
    • Swimwear
    • Towels
    • Change of clothes & Hat
    • Sunscreen

Bringing snacks or drinks onboard is absolutely fine, too.

  • How do I book?

While booking in advance is not 100% necessary, we would advise that you do so in order to avoid arriving on the beach only to find that we are fully booked.

Here you may find various alternatives for bookings.

  • We would like to book a Private Tour, but we are more than 10 people. Is it possible?

For Private Tours of 10 people or more, please send us a message for a quote.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Due to limited seating on our boat, last-minute cancellations significantly affect our ability to operate. For this reason, the following cancellation fees apply:

    • 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made 3 days or less before the scheduled tour.
    • 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made 1 day or less before the scheduled tour.

No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made more than 3 days in advance.

  • Is there shade on the boat?

There are both shaded and sunny areas on the boat.

Keeping in mind that some places depend on the direction the boat is going, everyone can sit comfortably and enjoy their preference.

  • Is there music playing /Can we play our own?

There is traditional Greek music playing during our trips, keeping in line with the setting and boat.

Should you book either of our Private Tours, you are more than welcome to connect your music to our speakers!

  • Do we stop for swimming? If so, how many times and how long?

Our scheduled stops are as follows:

    • Navarone Bay (15 minutes)
    • Red Sand Beach (30 minutes)
    • Agathi Golden Sand Beach (10 minutes)
    • Haraki Village (1.5 Hours free time)

For inexperienced swimmers, our stops at the Red Sand Beach and Haraki Village are on the shore, so you could definitely dip your toes into the water there if you wish. (Pool Noodles/Life Vests provided)

  • What happens in case of bad weather?

Weather conditions are monitored closely in the days before each tour. If conditions are unsafe, the tour will be cancelled and guests will be offered a new date or a refund.

We try to inform our guests as early as possible (at least a day before, or at the latest early morning of the same day)
